Note: Package Deal includes the following:-
– Studying the union’s proposal
– Studying the market rate on salary & terms of Employment within the industry
– Advise on all aspects of the agreement including legal issues & negotiating strategy
– Preparing Company’s Counter Proposal
– Collective Bargaining Negotiation with the Union
– If matter is not resolved and referred to the Industrial Relations Department under section 18 of the Industrial Relations Act 1967, US to represent the company in the Conciliation Proceedings
5 CONSULTANCY SERVICES (Package Deal)
The Secretariat also offers consultancy services on the followings:
a) Retrenchment and voluntary retrenchments scheme:
b) Review of employee handbook; and
c) Merges and acquisition and change of ownership
Consultancy fee will be charged on the above services and the rate will be as agreed between the Member Company and US depending on the complexity of the exercise.
